Hi I’m Jody Smith Owner/ Artisan of Overlay Solutions, LLC located in Summerville, SC. This was a decorative concrete overlay that was created in Goose Creek, SC. This was a fun project that was inspired from a magazine photo. The exterior brick had almost five different color tones that I incorporated into the overlay system. I used a product from Perma-Crete on this project to insure extreme durability. The colorations were fun to mix and I was able to achieve the look the homeowner desired. Our decorative concrete techniques at Overlay Solutions insures you a one of a kind finish with true realism. We enjoy serving Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Daniel Island, Folly Beach, Mt. Pleasant, Isle of palms, James Island, Johns Island, Monck Corner, well truly the entire lowcountry. We have completed jobs in Hendersonville, NC located in the beautiful blue ridge mountains. Overlay solutions takes an artisan approach to decorative concrete and we are not a production based company.
